    All money outstanding must be paid by cash/ bankers draft or bank transfers cheque, made payable to Move2 three days before the moving in date Personal cheque may not be accepted and therefore you will not be allowed to take up tenancy.

    It is the applicants responsibility to contact the utility companies (i.e. gas ,electric and telephone, council tax, water rates etc..) apply for credit agreement before the tenancy commences. Utility suppliers may not be connected, therefore this should be done immediately to avoid any problems with supply, and we will supply the utility companies of the meter reading where appropriate only if we are managing the property.

    Although we will apply for references, it is your responsibility to ensure that all references are received at our office/referencing agency at least three working days before commencement of the tenancy. It is also your responsibility if we require you to provide a suitable guarantor that will meet the requirements of our/ credit-referencing.

    The tenant agrees that there will be no liability to agent or landlord, if the accommodation is not ready for the moving-in date for any reason beyond our control therefore tenant agreed not make any moving arrangements until we can be sure that the property is vacant.
